Shipping & Delivery

Orders over €150 are shipped for free. For orders under €150 a fee of €10 is charged for shipping and packaging.

If a package is lost, we will reship it at no extra cost. You can order without worry, assured of delivery.

All orders are packed 100% discreetly and shipped in a neutral box. The contents and sender of the package remain completely anonymous.

Orders are processed on the same working day after receiving payment. You will receive a track & trace code by email to follow your package.

Netherlands and Belgium: 1 - 2 working day.

Other European countries: 3 - 5 working days.
